Chapter 4. Creating sounds — advanced section

COSM GUITAR settings

Here’s how to make COSM Guitar settings. You can adjust any of these settings to achieve the desired sound.

1. Press [COSM GUITAR].

2. Press [F1] (ON/OFF) to switch COSM GUITAR on or off.

* You can also turn [VALUE] to switch this on or off.

3. Press [F4] (TYPE), and use [VALUE] to select the COSM

GUITAR type.

4. Press [PAGE ].

* Pages 2 and following are the sections that determine the tone

of the [COSM GUITAR]. Each time you press [PAGE ],

you will move to the screen containing the next group of

parameters. You can also move to the next group of parameters

by pressing [COSM GUITAR].

5. Turn [VALUE] to select either “ON/OFF” or “PRESET”

in each group.

6. If you wish to edit the parameters within a group in

further detail, press “EDIT” to move to their edit screen.

7. Press [F1]–[F6] for the parameter that you wish to adjust,

and use [VALUE] to select the desired value for the

parameter.

8. Adjust parameters until you achieve the sound you

want.

9. When you have finished making settings, perform the

Write operation (p. 25) if you wish to save the newly

created sound.

* If you do not wish to save the sound, press [EXIT] to return to

Play page.
