Advantageous when measuring the same sheet thickness with each sensor. In contrast to the

method b) addressing of each sensor is done automatically by the E20. The sequence of the

sensors is predetermined in the program.

Note Advantage: Very fast measurements are possible, smaller software effort

on the PLC side.

Only one output is generated for connected sensors. The summary output is formed with the

following priorities: 2-sheet before 0-sheet, 0-sheet before 1-sheet.

Note To activate this method sensor selection has to be done via "program" in

the system configuration. A separate selection of the "sequencer mode"

is not required.

The sequence of addressing the sensors is done in the program

parameters section under "sensor number".
